Windex Software Solution built the Star Group of Schools application as a free application. This service is provided by Windex Software Solution and is intended for use as is.

Information We Collect

We collect only limited information necessary for application functionality:

• Personal Information: Phone number (used for user login and authentication)
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app usage data, and crash logs
• Photos and Camera Data: Profile photo captured using the device camera when the user chooses to update their profile

This data is collected only for providing core application features.

• User registration and login authentication
• Identifying users within the application
• Allowing users to set or update profile photo using camera
• Displaying educational content uploaded by school administration
• Allowing users to download images and files shared by school administration
• Improving app performance and fixing technical issues

Camera Usage

• Camera is used only when the user chooses to capture a profile photo
• Used only with user permission and user action
• Captured images are used only for profile update inside the application
